Barefoot Riding PR provides equestrian services that may include:

Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed once we have agreed on the details with you and received any required deposit or payment. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Payment terms, deposits, cancellation windows, and rescheduling policies will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, deposits may be non-refundable, and cancellations made outside an agreed window may be subject to fees. You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Horseback riding and interacting with horses involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury. Under Puerto Rico law and general equine activity principles, participants assume these inherent risks. Before participating in riding experiences or other activities involving our horses, you may be required to read and sign a separate Release of Liability waiver. That signed waiver forms part of your agreement with us, and its terms apply in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by our staff and handlers.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and to provide accurate information. When participating in activities involving horses, you agree to disclose relevant health conditions, follow all instructions from our staff, wear appropriate footwear and attire, and supervise any minors in your party. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where safety, conduct, or weather concerns make it necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and video, is owned by or licensed to Barefoot Riding PR and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
